The Grammy Awards is one of the biggest red carpet events of the year. This year the beauty looks did not disappoint. These looks can easily be recreate for everyday looks with the following cosmetics:

CARDI B – MAGENTA SMOKEY EYE

With pearls from head to toe and an iconic vintage Mugler gown Grammy Award winning rap artist Cardi B was definitely born to flex. With such an extravagant look makeup artist Erika La’ Pearl does a great job of  creating subtle looks to not overpower her overall look. Erika created a magenta cut crease with a little smoke paired with a neutral colored gloss to turn up the sex appeal.

This look can be recreated with Pat McGrath Labs Mothership III: Subversive Palette or ColourPop Chasing Rainbows Palette on your lids paired with 3D Lilly Lashes “So Extra Miami” or Eylure Eyelashes Luxe Silk Marquise. To create a subtle lip use a nude lip liner and LimeLife by Alcone 01″Peace” Perfect Lip Gloss.

EVE – MAUVELOUS

Eve looked amazing! Radiant skin and a matte mauve eyeshadow paired beautifully with her glossy brown-pink lips. Lets recreate this mauve eye look with Danessa Myricks Beauty Colorfix in “Exposed” Danessa Myricks “Nude 9” and LimeLife by Alcone “Sweet Dreams” for the inner corner to highlight. For a neutral glossy lip try LimeLife by Alcone 02 “Faith” Perfect Lip Gloss.

JADA PINCKETT SMITH- PRETTY IN PINK

Pink seems to be a favorite of spring/summer 2019 makeup trends, especially monochrome pink/mauve looks with pink powder used on both eyelids and cheekbones paired with rose toned lips. The dusty rose shadow created a harmonious look with her ballet-pink gown. Loving this look and want to recreate it? Start with Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette on the lids and  ColourPop x ILUVSARAHII “Glass Lip” Ultra Glossy Lip paired with a mauve or rose lip liner like ColourPop’s Brink Pencil Lippie Pencil

JANELLE MONAE’ – METALLIC

Janelle Monae’ Grammy Awards 2019

Monae’ gleamed in royal metallic shades. Shimmering gold across the lid and poppin’ blue on her lower water line. For this look the focus is the eyes and it paired with a nude lip. Loving MUA Jessica Smalls work. Now, let’s get the look. For eyes try Danessa Myrick’s new eyeshadow palettes from her collection with LimeLife by AlconeThe Perfect Metallic palette from the Dynamic by Danessa Myricks collections have beautiful metallic jewel toned shades perfect for this look. H.E.R. is stunning with voluminous soft curls and bedazzled middle part and her lipstick matching the tint of her sunglasses. Loving this shimmy matte lip color? LimeLife by Alcone Sugar Plum Enduring Lip Color topped with LimeLife by Alcone “Wedding Cake” ELC is the perfect match with its velvety finish and long-lasting wear.

LADY GAGA- DELICATE SMOKY EYE

Spring/Summer makeup is all about softer smoky eyes in lighter shades like amethyst and coffee. To recreate this look with “Cyprus Umber” from Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette across your lids and lower lash line with “Nior” smudged on the outer corners and lower lash lines blending together for a smokey effect.

TRACEE ELLIS ROSS- GOLDEN

I love a look that is simple yet stunning at the same time. Minimalist, you can totally just groom your brows, blend a brown matte eyeshadow in the crease, then swipe a gold glitter eyeshadow across your lids and apply a lengthening mascara,  a nude lip with a nude finish and go. Try ColourPop’s “20 Something” pressed powder eyeshadow and Enduring Lip Color by Danessa Myricks “S’mores”.
