The ceremony took place at the Harvey B. Gantt Center in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, a fitting location for a couple so deeply connected to the city’s cultural fabric. Ohavia, a celebrated media personality, Hornets host, and published author, stunned in a bridal gown from McKenzie Jade’s Bridal. Dennis, known nationally for his musical leadership and his choir’s standout performance on America’s Got Talent, beamed with joy as he watched his bride walk down the aisle.
The wedding was a reflection of the couple’s passion for storytelling, music, and community. Designed and executed by a dream team of planners—Kiana Dickey, Curtis Thompson, Lynette Harris, and Eric—the day was full of intentional details.
