The Carolina Fashion Awards (CFA) unveiled its official 2025 winners list during a red carpet ceremony held in Charlotte on May 31, honoring top talent across fashion, beauty, design, and creative media in the Carolinas. The annual event has become a respected platform for recognizing the region’s most influential and emerging voices, while also giving back to meaningful causes—this year supporting lupus awareness and advocacy.

Among the evening’s most celebrated honorees was Jasmine Rhodes of Kitty & Rhodes, who was named Designer of the Year, and Stevie Boi, who received the distinguished Fashion Icon Award for his lasting impact on fashion culture and regional representation. DayQuan Crawford was awarded Excellence in Fashion, a recognition of his innovation and leadership within the industry.

The 2025 winners list highlighted a range of categories across modeling, beauty, styling, and production. Chanel Williams and Gavin Ludwigsen were awarded Female and Male Model of the Year, respectively, while Brenda “Bre the Model” Richardson was named Emerging Model of the YearPoppy Gillett earned Emerging Designer of the Year, and Monique Soto was honored as Makeup Artist of the Year.

Other notable winners included Christian Cline for Hair Stylist of the YearJo Hayes as Fashion Photographer of the YearMichael Lopez for Creative Director of the Year, and Rachel Lauren as Model Coach of the YearNira Love’s Fashion Boutique took home the award for Boutique of the Year, and Arden Rucho was named Wardrobe Stylist of the Year.

A standout moment of the evening was the joint presentation by designers Humble Conner and Stevie Boi, who took the stage to present several key categories. Conner, known for bold, conceptual designs, brought a fresh energy to the evening, while Boi’s dual role as both presenter and honoree underscored his influence and enduring connection to the Carolina fashion community.
